Guideline
EULAR recommends a treat-to-target strategy using a composite measure such as DAS28: < 2.6 remission, ≤ 3.2 low, > 3.2–≤ 5.1 moderate, > 5.1 high disease activity. DAS28-CRP tends to read slightly lower than DAS28-ESR near the remission cut-off.
