Spitzer RL, Kroenke K, Williams JB, Löwe B. A brief measure for assessing generalized anxiety disorder: the GAD-7. Seven items rated 0–3; a score ≥ 10 had 89% sensitivity and 82% specificity for generalised anxiety disorder, with 5/10/15 marking mild, moderate, and severe anxiety.
